Delivery Notifications.

You will receive an email at the address you have specified when your order has been despatched - this email contains the tracking number (if applicable) or you can login into your account and under 'TRACK ORDERS' be able to review the status of your order too so you can track it online right to your door. SHIPPING COST

Standard delivery to United Kingdom and Northern Ireland addresses

This is free for all orders over and equal to £60 and just £4.45 for orders under £60.

Our packages will be sent to you by either Royal Mail or DHL, and will require a signature upon delivery. We always aim to have your order with you within 3 working days (Monday-Friday, excluding Bank Holidays). Where '1-3 working days' is quoted, this refers to working days (Monday-Friday) for orders placed before 1pm and excludes Bank Holidays.

Next day shipping to United Kingdom and Northern Ireland addresses

Where items are available for immediate despatch, we can offer a next day delivery service for orders placed before 4pm (UK and Northern Ireland addresses only). Next day delivery is offered FREE of charge for any order over £100, or costs £4.45 for orders under £100. The charge will be added to your order total. The guide below lets you know when to expect your order if using the next day service.

- Order before 3pm Monday to Thursday and your order will be delivered the following day.

- Order after 3pm Monday to Thursday and your order will be delivered in 2 working days.

- Order before 3pm on a Friday and your order will be delivered the Monday.

- Order after 3pm on Friday and your order will be delivered the following Tuesday.

Nominated day shipping to United Kingdom and Northern Ireland addresses

A nominated day delivery service allows you to choose your preferred delivery date within a 2- week period. For a little extra, you can select to have your order delivered on a Saturday or Sunday. Weekend deliveries cost just £8.55 regardless of order value.

*Please be aware that nominated day shipping is not available on every item.

Your order will be delivered by DHL and will require a signature upon delivery. DHL will contact you on the morning of your delivery day and provide you with a delivery slot. If this isn’t convenient, you can choose to rearrange your delivery.
